Due to the customized nature of digital marketing, SEO, design, and development services, all payments made to Prometheus TechMark are non-refundable once the project or service has commenced.
However, we understand that every situation is unique. In limited cases, and at our sole discretion, a partial refund may be considered based on specific circumstances.

If a client decides to cancel a service after the project has started:
