1. General Policy
Due to the customized nature of digital marketing, SEO, design, and development services, all payments made to Prometheus TechMark are non-refundable once the project or service has commenced.
However, we understand that every situation is unique. In limited cases, and at our sole discretion, a partial refund may be considered based on specific circumstances.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Project cancellation before commencement: If the project is canceled before any research, strategy, design, or development work begins.
- Duplicate payment: If you are charged more than once for the same service.
- Non-delivery of service: If we fail to initiate your service within 15 business days of the agreed start date without prior communication or explanation.
To request a refund under one of these conditions, you must submit a written request to our support team at info@prometheustechmark.com within 7 business days of the payment or delivery issue.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- Change of mind or business direction after service initiation.
- Delays caused by lack of client communication, approvals, or content.
- Work already delivered or in progress.
- Failure to achieve subjective expectations not outlined in writing at the start.
- SEO or marketing campaigns where partial or full months of service have been utilized.
- Domain registration, hosting, software licenses, or third-party advertising costs.
4. Processing Refunds
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Any transaction or bank fees already incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Prometheus TechMark reserves the right to deduct costs for any work already completed, even in partial project refunds.
5. Project Cancellation by Client
If a client decides to cancel a service after the project has started:
- No refund will be issued for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
- The client will be liable to pay for any resources or tools specifically procured for the project.
6. Cancellation by Prometheus TechMark
If we find it necessary to cancel a project due to internal reasons (such as unforeseen circumstances or misalignment of values), a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the work completed and cost incurred up to that point.
7. Dispute Handling
In case of any disputes, both parties agree to first attempt resolution via email communication. If not resolved within 10 business days, the dispute may be escalated through arbitration as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Uttarakhand, India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haldwani, Uttarakhand.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If no resolution is achieved, disputes will be settled through arbitration, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
